We offer two types of coworking desks: flex desks and the zoom room.
The flexdesks are located in our multi-purpose “flex space” at the front of Fireweed Hub looking out on Main Street. This area serves a variety of functions at different times. Sometimes it is exclusively used by cowork clients who are welcome to situate themselves any available desk or booth. Sometimes it accommodates patrons of a pop-up café who wish to sit and chat or relax while they consume their food and beverages while cowork clients busy themselves in adjacent areas. And sometimes it functions as a meeting space or as a full-service restaurant; during these times, the main cowork space is not available, but the zoom room may be used at the flexdesk rate if not already reserved.
The zoom room is a private coworking desk that affords some privacy and sound isolation. It can be reserved during coworking times. If not reserved it is available on a first-come-first-served basis to regular cowork flexdesk clients as needed, for example for taking phone calls, or if a pop-up café is especially busy.
Our flexspace has available a coffee maker, mugs, kettle and microwave.
