InstantPot Workshop with Karin Dodds

This three-hour session will highlight the use of an InstantPot as a cornerstone of monthly meal-planning. Focusing on nutritious whole foods, time-efficiency and stretching your food budget, Karin will share recipes, strategies, techniques and organizational approaches that can simplify your meal preparation.

The workshop is free but space is limited so pre-registration is required. Email manager@fireweedhub.ca to reserve your spot.
